Austin is the best person I have delt with when it comes to refinance or trying to purchase! His patients and communication is 5 star! I say that because we had went from wanting to do a home equity line of credit for an addition to our house, to deciding to look at other homes and needing a mortgage, then back to doing a cash out refinance and going back to our original plan with doing an addition on our place. He never had a problem or complained about the back and forth and was always super supportive.
